Orientarea de centru-dreapta provine din echilibru pe care dorim s\u0103 \u00eel aducem \u00eembin\u00e2nd politicile de st\u00e2nga (asigurarea unui pilon public de pensii, ajutoare pentru persoane cu condi\u021bii \u0219i nevoi speciale, gratuitatea at\u00e2t a sistemului de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt, c\u00e2t \u0219i cel medical) cu cele de dreapta (dreptul fundamental la proprietate privat\u0103, dezvoltarea sectorului privat, respectarea principiului autonomiei locale, etc). U\u0219oara orientare pe axa ideologiei spre dreapta provine din tendin\u021ba conservatorist\u0103 moderat\u0103. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">Partidul LEU consider\u0103 c\u0103 la baza aplic\u0103rii corecte a principiilor democratice \u0219i a doctrinelor politice st\u0103 o societate educat\u0103 care cunoa\u0219te fundamentele democra\u021biei \u0219i pune accent at\u00e2t pe educa\u021bia preuniversitar\u0103, c\u00e2t \u0219i pe cea universitar\u0103. \u00cen aceste condi\u021bii, prioritatea LEU este educa\u021bia, aceasta fiind singura rezolvare pentru toate problemele ap\u0103rute \u00een domeniile de activitate (acestea vor fi dezvoltate individual ulterior). <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">Reforma sistemului educational este \u00eens\u0103 o provocare pe termen lung. Este nevoie de o voin\u021b\u0103 na\u021bional\u0103 unitar\u0103 ce trebuie sus\u021binut\u0103 pe durata a mai multe mandate. Acest lucru este imposibil f\u0103r\u0103 coalizarea partidelor \u00een scopul men\u021binerii unei legisla\u021bii unitare pe parcursul a 12-16 ani pentru a apuca s\u0103 se \u00eenr\u0103d\u0103cineze cel pu\u021bin \u00een con\u0219tiin\u021ba unei genera\u021bii.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">\u021ain\u00e2nd cont de cele expuse p\u00e2n\u0103 acum, solu\u021biile pe care le promov\u0103m sunt unele logice, pe care \u0219i alte partide le trec \u00een programele lor politice, dar care nu mai reprezint\u0103 nimic \u00een momentul \u00een care ajung la guvernare.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">O societate educat\u0103 nu \u0219i-o poate dori dec\u00e2t un om educat. Principiul&nbsp;<\/span><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">meritocra\u021biei<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">&nbsp;nu poate fi promovat \u0219i aplicat dec\u00e2t de oameni educa\u021bi. Depolitizarea pe care o sus\u021bin toate partidele politice nu poate fi aplicat\u0103 dec\u00e2t utiliz\u00e2nd meritocra\u021bia. Nici un cet\u0103\u021bean nu trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 \u00eengr\u0103dit dreptul la \u0219anse egale din cauza apartenen\u021bei politice, ci numai dac\u0103 nu prezint\u0103 competen\u021ba necesar\u0103. Criteriul competen\u021bei \u0219i al moralit\u0103\u021bii sunt singurele care stau la baza promov\u0103ri \u0219i al numirii \u00een cadrul institu\u021biilor statului, excluse fiind discrimin\u0103rile pe baz\u0103 de sex, etnie, convingeri religioase, v\u00e2rst\u0103, aspect fizic sau apartenen\u021ba la o clas\u0103 social.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00cen consecin\u021b\u0103, Partidul Lege Educa\u021bie Unitate \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 promoveze urm\u0103toarele direc\u021bii pe domeniile de activitate:<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 14pt; margin-bottom: 14pt; margin-left: 18pt; text-indent: -18pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">1.&nbsp;<\/span><!--[endif]--><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">Domeniul Educa\u021biei<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">Acest domeniu, care reprezint\u0103 \u0219i unul din pilonii fundamentali ai partidului nostru, a suferit \u00eenc\u0103 din anul 1990 diferite \u201ereforme\u201d experimentale, acestea aduc\u00e2nd o dec\u0103dere a sitemului de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt \u00eentr-un final. Din p\u0103cate, realitatea ne demonstreaz\u0103 c\u0103 domeniul educa\u021biei a sc\u0103zut enorm \u00een calitate, iar diferen\u021bele dintre \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul din mediul rural \u0219i cel urban s-a accentuat, involu\u021bia fiind u\u0219or de observat cu ochiul liber.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00cen consecin\u021b\u0103, LEU \u00ee\u0219i propune ca prin intermediul meritocra\u021biei, s\u0103 promoveze persoanele competente din toate domeniile, persoane care s\u0103 aduc\u0103 solu\u021bii viabile pentru o reforma real\u0103, testate \u00een prealabil \u0219i de lung\u0103 durat\u0103.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">Una din cele mai importante ini\u021biative, este aceea de a (re)<\/span><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00eenfiin\u021ba Autoritatea Na\u021bional\u0103 pentru Formare Profesional\u0103 Ini\u021bial\u0103 \u00een Sistem Dual din Rom\u00e2nia,&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">aceasta fiind singura modalitate prin care se poate asigura for\u021ba de munc\u0103 \u00eenalt calificat\u0103 necesar\u0103 tuturor formelor de activitate economic\u0103. Aceast\u0103 institu\u021bie public\u0103 ce trebuie s\u0103 func\u021bioneze sub jurisdic\u021bia Parlamentului Rom\u00e2niei ca autoritate administrativ autonom\u0103, este o oportunitate pentru elevii din ciclul liceal de a-\u0219i g\u0103si o meserie \u0219i a-\u0219i asigura un loc de munc\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 de pe b\u0103ncile institu\u021biei de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt preuniversitar, cu mari \u0219anse de a-\u0219i continua \u0219i studiile universitare.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">Reforma ce urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie implementat\u0103, trebuie s\u0103 \u00eensemne \u0219i cre\u0219terea prestigiului profesie de dasc\u0103l la toate nivelurile de preg\u0103tire, pre\u0219colar\u0103, gimnazial\u0103, liceal\u0103, universitar\u0103.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 14pt; margin-bottom: 14pt; margin-left: 18pt; text-indent: -18pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">2.&nbsp;<\/span><!--[endif]--><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">Domeniul Justi\u021biei<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #333333; font-size: 14pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">&nbsp;\u201eLibertatea nu consta in faptul ca oamenii pot face tot ce doresc, ci in faptul ca ei nu trebuie sa faca ce nu doresc.\u201d \u2013 &nbsp;Jean Jacques Rousseau<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">Libertatea con\u0219tiin\u021bei, libertatea de exprimare, dreptul de vot, dreptul de proprietate private, accesul liber la justi\u021bie sunt doar c\u00e2teva din drepturile fundamentale garantate de Constitu\u021bie. Pentru a ne bucura \u00eens\u0103 de toate aceste libert\u0103\u021bi, este nevoie de un sistem juridic independent, competent \u0219i mai ales capabil de a ap\u0103ra \u0219i garanta aceste drepturi.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">Acest lucru nu se poate ob\u021bine dec\u00e2t dac\u0103 Parlamentul se ab\u021bine de la a deveni \u201eo fabric\u0103 de legi\u201d. Legile trebuie s\u0103 fie clare \u0219i dezb\u0103tute de oameni competen\u021bi, f\u0103r\u0103 lacune \u00een exprimare \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 a las\u0103 loc de interpretare. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">Acesta este motivul pentru care&nbsp;<\/span><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">meritocra\u021bia<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">&nbsp;este singura capabila s\u0103 rezolve aceast\u0103 problem\u0103, prin trimiterea \u00een parlament doar a unor cet\u0103\u021beni cu o dorin\u021b\u0103 real\u0103 de a promova legi care s\u0103 corespund\u0103 bine eficient nevoilor societ\u0103\u021bii.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">Judec\u0103torii sunt un pilon esen\u021bial al acestui sistem. Drepturile amintite nu se pot men\u021bine dec\u00e2t prin profesionalism \u0219i moralitate. \u00cen afar\u0103 de calit\u0103\u021bile men\u021bionate, trebuie s\u0103 beneficieze \u0219i de condi\u021bii optime \u00een care sa activeze. Acest mediu nu poate fi creat dec\u00e2t prin legi clare \u0219i ce nu las\u0103 loc de interpret\u0103ri, dar mai ales prin men\u021binerea condi\u021biilor de munc\u0103 la un standard \u00eenalt. Un alt factor extrem de important este reprezentat de independen\u021ba judec\u0103torilor. Aceast\u0103 condi\u021bie nu poate fi \u00eendeplinit\u0103 dec\u00e2t printr o legisla\u021bie strict\u0103, care ii pune la ad\u0103post de orice influen\u021b\u0103 politic\u0103. Motivarea \u0219i competen\u021ba personalului auxiliar trebuie s\u0103 fie \u0219i ea o prioritate<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 14pt; margin-bottom: 14pt; margin-left: 18pt; text-indent: -18pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">3.&nbsp;<\/span><!--[endif]--><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">Domeniul s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">Un sistem de s\u0103n\u0103tate competent \u0219i eficient este de o importan\u021b\u0103 vital\u0103 pentru orice societate. Acest domeniu a fost neglijat \u00een mod continuu de guvern\u0103rile ce au precedat Revolu\u021biei din \u201889.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">Un sistem de s\u0103n\u0103tate pentru a fi eficient, trebuie s\u0103 fie \u00een primul r\u00e2nd preventiv. Urm\u00e2nd acest ra\u021bionament, rolul medicilor de familie trebuie s\u0103 fie valorificat. Acest lucru nu poate s\u0103 fie f\u0103cut dec\u00e2t prin asigurarea unui mediu curat \u0219i echipat cu tehnologiile necesare \u00een prevenirea afec\u021biunilor grave. Prin descoperirea afec\u021biunilor \u00een stadiile incipiente, presiunea din spitale ar fi mult diminuat\u0103, un factor esen\u021bial \u00een decongestionarea sistemului sanitar.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">O alta problema presanta \u00een domeniul s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii este reprezentat\u0103 de num\u0103rul redus de asistent medical \u0219i de regimul alimentar inadecvat pentru majoritatea afec\u021biunilor pacien\u021bilor. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">De\u0219i poate c\u0103 nu pare, activitatea fizic\u0103 constant\u0103 \u00een natur\u0103, este o metod\u0103 sigur\u0103 de a men\u021bine un grad ridicat de s\u0103n\u0103tate \u00een r\u00e2ndul popula\u021biei. De aceea este o prioritate dezvoltarea de programe \u00een care copii s\u0103 fie angrena\u021bi \u00een competi\u021bii sportive,de la o v<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00e2rst\u0103 fraged\u0103, precum \u0219i<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt;\">&nbsp;\u00een activit\u0103\u021bi de mi\u0219care \u00een aer liber. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 problema pensiilor, salariile reprezint\u0103 \u0219i ele o problem mare \u00een societatea rom\u00e2neasc\u0103.
